Alex Pachedzhiev

Alex Pachedzhiev was born and raised in Bulgaria, Eastern Europe, where he received a bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Plovdiv in 2002. He discovered the profession that truly fit his positive, communicative and energetic personality in 2006 and obtained real estate licenses in MD, VA and DC. In 2015, he joined Keller Williams, the largest international real estate brokerage in the world. Alex’s vision is to promote a positive attitude and help his local community, clients, business owners, young professionals and fellow agents achieve growth and build wealth. He is a Certified Negotiation Expert, Accreditted Buyer’s Representative and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource. He is leader of the GRID Investor network in Mclean delivering value and education to investors of all different levels. He serves on the membership committee of the Mt Vernon Lee Chamber of Commerce where he was selected as a nominee for the Board of Directors. He is excited to bring all of his networking and marketing experience to benefit his real estate clients at a high professional level.
